Terms of Service

1. The service

EarlyAccess (earlyaccess.nl) is operated by Socialista, Casembrootstraat 60RD, 1972CC IJmuiden, the Netherlands (KvK 61396478). EarlyAccess provides event promoters with tools to collect pre-registrations, notify registrants via WhatsApp and email when ticket sales start, and sell tickets through WhatsApp conversations using the promoter's own WhatsApp Business number and Weeztix account.

2. Accounts

Promoters must provide accurate account information and keep their credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

Promoters may only message people who registered and opted in to receive notifications. Spam, unsolicited messaging, and any use that violates the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Meta Platform Terms is prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension.

4. Tickets and payments

Ticket sales via WhatsApp are fulfilled by Weeztix on the promoter's Weeztix account. EarlyAccess facilitates the order conversation and payment link delivery but is not the seller of tickets. Refunds and ticket questions are handled by the promoter and Weeztix. Promoter subscription billing is processed by Stripe.

5. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarlyAccess is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed sales, or failures of third-party services (Meta, Weeztix, Stripe, SendGrid).

6. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at earlyaccess.nl/privacy.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
